The license of LLC "VELTA" has been suspended

/IRBIS, Sep.29, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan #438 dated September 27, 1999, the license # 02050009, given to LLC "VELTA" on January 23, 1997, to keep the register of owners of the securities, has been suspended for one month. The decision has been made due to a violation committed by LLC "VELTA" of the following requirements: - part second and six of the point 25 of the regulations on licensing the activity on keeping the register of owners of securities, adopted by the resolution #293 of the government of Kazakhstan dated March 4, 1997; - point 1 of the resolution #13 of the National Securities Commission "On changing the requirements established for the registrars" dated September 7, 1998, based on the point 3 of the article 26 of Kazakhstan law "On the stock market" dated March 5, 1997.
