/KASE, May 2, 13/ – As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission dated April 25, 2013, the following bonds of
JSC "Bank RBK" (Almaty) have been included to KASE official list Rated
Debt Securities category:
- KZP01Y03E462 (KZ2C00001998; KZT1, KZT7.0 bn; 3 years; semi-annual
coupon 8.00 % per annum; 30/360);
- KZP02Y07E461 (KZ2C00002004; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual
coupon 9.50 % per annum; 30/360).
This Listing Commission decision became effective from May 2, 2013 as the
issuer fulfilled terms of sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will be announced additionally.
JSC "Centras Securities" (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the
mentioned bonds.
The said bonds have been assigned abbreviations (trading codes) CSBNb12
and INBNb1 and INBNb2 accordingly.
