OJSC "Zoovetsnab" (Kazakhstan) has been removed from the list of joint stock companies, whose issues are regarded as void

/IRBIS, Sep.29, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan #434 dated September 24, 1999 OJSC "Zoovetsnab" has been removed from the list of joint stock companies, whose issues are regarded as void based on the article 102 of Kazakhstan law "On joint stock companies" dated July 10, 1998. The decision has been made with the submission of documents by justice department of South Kazakhstan region proving the adoption of results of emission and placement of the second issue of OJSC "Zoovetsnab" stocks.
