According to the said extract:

• the total number of authorized shares (common shares KZ1C54380015 only) of the company makes up 2,933,250 pieces;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• persons, each holding company shares in the number of five and more percent of the total number of offered shares of the company, are:
