According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of the company authorized common shares 147,364,847 units, preferred shares KZ1P05340115 –1,250 units; - 142,315,508 common and all preferred shares are offered; - the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person holding company shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is JSC Samruk-Energy (Astana).
