By the OTC dealers' quotations, tenge is stable. Quotation are less than weighted average exchange rate and less than closing quotation.

Interbank overnight rates increased by 25 (demand) and 45 (supply) points. The dealers mark, that there is serious deficiency in the market, and majority tray to sell dollar. However the yesterday's positive news effected market and today's dollar race on KASE decreased banks' creditworthiness.

It looks like the market is close to the downturn correction.
