Issue #242 of MEKKAM-3 has been canceled

/IRBIS, Sep.28, 99/ - On September 27 the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan with the National Bank of Kazakhstan held an auction upon placement of 242nd issue of MEKKAM-3 (KZ43L2912996, 91 days). Announced volume of the issue is determined by the issuer at 400 mln tenge. size of satisfaction for incompetitive applications - 50% of the determined volume. After the analysis of submitted applications the issue is rendered void. As KASE was informed by an employee of the Ministry of Finance, the issue was canceled due to unacceptable price terms asked by the Primary dealers and their clients.
