FSC NBK takes into account information on non-placement of AMF Group (Kazakhstan) bonds KZ2C0Y07D139 (KZ2C00000941, AKFIb2) from August 27, 2012 to February 27, 2013

/KASE, April 10, 13/ – AMF Group (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of April 3, 2013, according to which FSC NBK "takes into consideration that on August February 27, 2012 – February 27, 2013 the second issue of AMF Group unsecured coupon bonds was not placed". According to the FSC NBK information as of February 27, 2013, 5,200 of mentioned bonds have not been placed.
