/KASE, February 7, 13/ – As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission decision of March 15, 2013 bonds KZP02Y05E010
(KZ2C00001980, KZT1, KZT20.0 bn; December 24, 12 – December 24, 17, semi-annual
coupon 6.25 % APR, 30/360) of SB Sberbank of Russia (Almaty) have been admitted
to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category.
This Listing Commission decision became effective from March 20, 2013
as the issuer fulfilled terms sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Troika Dialogue Kazakhstan (Almaty) is the joint underwriter on mentioned
bonds.
BCC Invest - Subsidiary of Bank centerCredit (Almaty) is the mentioned
bonds holders representative.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (tickers) TXBNb7.
