According to the extract:

• the total number of the company authorized shares (common shares KZ1C57830016 only) is 150,000,000 units;
• 143,863,799 shares are offered;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person owning five or more percent of offered shares is CENTRAL ASIAN ELECTRIC AND ENERGY CORPORATION (Almaty).
