/KASE, January 24, 13/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board of January 23, 2013, on January 23, 2013 in KASE
trading system and data bases:
- information on the national identifying number (NIN) of bonds KZ2C0Y05B830
(KZ2C00001014; KASE official list, buffer category, TKUDb1; KZT1,000,
KZT2.0 bn; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate; 30/360) of JSC "Ore
mining and processing enterprise "Tort-Kudyk" (Astana) was replaced with
KZ2C0Y08B834;
- information on the circulation term of the said bonds was changed - the
circulation term was increased from five years to eight years.
The decision was taken based on a copy of the certificate of the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state registration of
securities issue dated December 7, 2012, changes and additions to the issue
prospectus of the said bonds and official letters of JSC "Central Securities
Depository" (Almaty) dated January 18 and 22, 2013.
The4 same decision of the Management Board stipulates resumption of trading
in the mentioned bonds on KASE as of January 24, 2013.
As was announced earlier, trading in the said bonds was suspended due to the
registration of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the said bonds,
following which their circulation term was changed.
