KazTransOil (Kazakhstan) provides to KASE extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2013

/KASE, January 18, 13/ - JSC "KazTransOil" (Astana, hereinafter - the Company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from the system, of its shareholders registers as of January 1, 2013. According to the said extract: - total number of authorized shares (common shares KZ1C29950017, KZ1C00000744 only) of the company makes up 384,635,600; - 384,635,599 shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of fie or more per cent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is JSC "National Company KazMunayGaz" (Astana), owning 346,172,040 shares (90.00 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares).
