/KASE, January 11, 13/ - JSC "Nurbank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has by an official letter informed KASE that "in accordance with resolution # 365 of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 a decision was taken to grant to LLP "JP Finance Group" a consent to its acquiring the banking holding status of JSC "Nurbank"".
