/KASE, December 14, 12/ - LLP "Zhaikmunai" (Oral), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on December 18, 2012.

The sole issue of the agenda is the issue of extending the term of office for Zhaikmunai's CEO until December 31, 2013.
