/KASE, December 11, 12/ - JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan"
(Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), whose securities are officially listed at
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE copies of
registered changes and additions made to its shares issue prospectus and
certificate of state registration of securities issue of December 7, 2012
replacing the one issued previously.
According to the said documents:
- Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(FSC NBK) registered changes and additions to the bank's shares issue
prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
the bank's authorized shares;
- the total number of the bank's authorized shares has been increased by
splitting common shares of the bank at a ratio of 1:10;
- the total number of the bank's authorized shares makes up 24,680,225,222
pieces, including 24,000,000,000 common shares KZ1C33870011,
600,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P33870117, 80,225,222 preferred shares
KZ1P33870216 convertible into common shares;
- the bank's share issue was entered in the State Registry of Serial Securities
under No. А3387;
- as of December 4, 2009 1,308,415,960 common shares, 309,859,430
preferred shares KZ1P33870117 and all preferred shares KZ1P33870216
were outstanding; the bank's chartered capital equaled to
KZT147,358,077,000.
