Common KZ1C53590010 (KZ1C00000348, MAG_) and preferred KZ1P53590116 (KZ1P00000350, MAG_p) shares of MAG (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative from December 4, 2012

/KASE, November 30, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from December 4, 2012 the following securities of MAG (Almaty, hereinafter - the company) are removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative: - common shares KZ1C53590010 (KZ1C00000348, MAG_); - preferred shares KZ1P53590116 (KZ1P00000350, MAG_p). According to the KASE conclusion of November 20, 2012, on November 5, 2012 KASE received from the company the following documents: - the application of November 5, 2012 with the request on voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares; - the extract from mentioned shares holders registers, according to which as of November 2, 2012 the company sole shareholder was JSC MAG INVEST; - the decision of the company sole shareholder of November 2, 2012 on voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares. Based on the aforementioned and according to sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares undergone delisting. The mentioned shares have been included to KASE official list "B" category from August 22, 2006, from September 1, 2008 were transferred to the second category, and from July 22, 2010 - top KASE official list third category. Trades in shares opened from December 3, 2009. No deals have been made in mentioned shares during their circulation on KASE. [2012-11-30]
