/KASE, October 23, 12/ - LLP "Credit partnership "ORDA credit" (Shymkent, hereinafter - the company), whose bonds are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its partners will be held on October 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m, with the agenda as follows:

• selecting a registrar for running of the registry of holders of the company's bonds;
• approval of the procedure for distribution of income between partners;
• approval of internal control in the company.

The meeting will be held at: 47 Gani Ilyaev str., Shymkent. Registration starts from 10:00 a.m.

In case of quorum absence a repeated meeting shall be held on November 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the above address.
