Announced volume of issue is determined by the emitter at KZT200 million. Satisfaction size of the incompetitive applications - 60% from established volume. The short-term liquidity of the banks has decreased. The fall of demand caused adequate decrease of actually placed volume, because in the current situation the National Bank could not afford the growth of the yield. The experts of IRBIS do not exclude that in the currency sector the emitter will do its best for restoration of demand for the notes. A positive balance of the net drawing is now necessary for the National Bank. In a current situation it is possible to expect the further decrease of the demand for the National Bank securities because on Friday Note-35 - tool of rather low popularity, will be placed.
