/KASE, October 4, 12/ - JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of its intention to make a major insurance transaction with a liability of KZT1,500,000,000 (one billion five hundred million)", as well as intention to make a non-arm's length deal - a voluntary agreement on car insurance with an affiliate of the Company".
