Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the company registrar. According to the extract: - the total number of the company's authorized shares (common only KZ1C39700014, KZ1C00000108) made up 1,500,000 units; - all authorized shares of the company are offered; - the only person holding five or more percent of offered shares of the company is BTA Bank (Almaty), owning 1,490,906 shares of the company (99.39 % from the total number of offered shares).
