/KASE, August 31, 12/ - Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board dated August 31, 2012:
- data on the national identifying number (NIN) of bonds KZ2P0Y05C900
(KZ2P00000193; KASE official list, second sub-category of Non-Rated Debt
Securities category, ORDKb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; January 26, 2008 -
January 26, 2013, quarterly coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of LLP "Credit
association "ORDA Credit" (Shymkent) was replaced with KZ2P0Y10C900;
- information on the term of circulation of the mentioned bonds was changed -
the circulation term was increased from five to ten years
- with changes accordingly reflected in KASE trading system, and data bases.
The decision was taken based on a copy of a certificate issued by the Committee
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 23, 2012, changes
and additions to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and an official
letter from JSC "Central Securities Depository" (Almaty) dated August 28, 2012.
Following the same decision of the Management Board, trading in the mentioned
bonds at KASE was resumed from August 31, 2012.
As was informed earlier, trading in the mentioned bonds was suspended due to
registration of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the mentioned
bonds whereas their circulation term was changed.
