According to the Issue Rules, money invested in MEUJKAM is indexed through
calculation of an indexed coupon, received from a sum of fixed coupon
determined at the placement, and inflation rate for the elapsed coupon period.
As a price an order shall indicate the value of the fixed coupon in APR of nominal
bond value, expressed within the second decimal place. This is the trade subject.
MEUJKAM are government bonds, placed among Kazakhstan's pension funds.
MEUJKAM shall circulate among such investors during the first half of circulation
term. Then the bonds shall circulate freely.
Following decision of the Management Board of August 24, 2012 the indicated
issue of MEUJKAM (MUJ168_0005, KZKAKY140051) has been included into the
Proportional Satisfaction List of Securities. In accordance with the regulations
on Trading Methods (taking into account changes and additions # 7, effective from
June 11, 2012) limited orders on securities included into the mentioned list,
submitted during the special trading session conducted by the Exchange, at
equality of prices are satisfied pro rata to their volumes; order submission time
does not matter provided, the orders were submitted during the order acceptance
time.

Orders to participate in the special trading session may only be submitted by
members of KASE stock market members category (entitled to trade in
government securities circulating on KASE), operating as primary dealers.

Primary dealers must before the time indicated in the table provide money
available at the money account used for settlement on deals in securities in
accordance with the rules of Central Securities Depository (Almaty), in the
amount sufficient for payment of acquired treasury obligations (based on
assumption that all orders submitted by primary dealers and accepted by KASE
are subject to acceptance).
