USD/KZT at closing of the day - 131.88 / 131.99 (indicators)

/IRBIS, Aug26, 99/ - According to REUTERS, at closing of over-the-counter foreign exchange market of Kazakhstan on August 26 tenge quotations towards US dollar have made 131.88 (demand) / 131.99 (supply) tenge per dollar with the weighted average market's price of 131.91 (+0.26) and the quotes at closing of session of 131.91 / 131.93. Compared to the results of the previous day tenge lost 24 points on demand against US dollar and 25 points on supply. Quotation of the OTC market exactly reflected the tendency. At the day closing dollar price was below of the exchange market price: by 3 points - at demand and by 4 points - at supply. Quotations were offered with the spread of 9-11 points that is slightly more than usual. To the day ending the quotation remained stable. According to the IRBIS analysts, the dollar exchange rate at the Friday's trade can grow with the same speed or slightly slowly. There is a lot of money on the market and it will more - due to the big volume of this week's state securities redemption (KZT4,876.6 million).
