/KASE, August 13, 12/ - JSC "ABDI Company" (Almaty), bonds of which are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE
copies of registered changes and additions made to the issue prospectus of its
bonds KZ2C0Y05C804 (KZ2C00000743, ABDIb1; KZT10,000, KZT9.0 bn;
January 8, 2008 - January 8, 2013, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate
8.40 % APR for the current coupon period; 30/360) and certificate of state
registration of securities issue of August 3, 2012, replacing the one issued
earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK)
has registered changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the mentioned
bonds;
- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to changing the type and
circulation term of the mentioned bonds;
- bonds are secured;
- the mentioned bonds' circulation term has been increased from five to 19
years;
- national identifying number of the mentioned bonds' issue has been changed
from KZ2C0Y05C804 to KZ2C0Y19C805;
- the procedure and terms of payment of coupon interest on the mentioned
bonds have been changed;
- the issue of the mentioned bonds has been entered into the State registry of
serial securities under No. ะก80.
Changes and additions into the mentioned bonds' issue have been published today
on its website on KASE website, at
