/KASE, July 31, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of July 31, 2012 the following bonds of Tsesnabank (Astana) have been listed by KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category: - KZP02Y07E081 (KZ2C00001816; KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360); - KZP03Y07E089 (KZ2C00001824; KZT1, KZT6.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR, 30/360). The Listing Commission decision effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trades in mentioned bonds will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issues are the second and third within Tsesnabank third bond program, registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 10, 2011 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn, and accordingly the twelfth and thirteenth "internal" bonds issues of the issuer, listed on KASE.
