/KASE, July 27, 12/ - Today, on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) have been held the special trades to place KZ2C0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb8; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 12 - July 9, 17; semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR; 30/360) of ATFBank (Almaty). VISOR Capital (Almaty) acted as the seller at the special trading session. At trades the Issuer proposed for placement 10,000,000 bonds KZ2C0Y05E271 (67 % from the total number of registered bonds). As the price an order will indicate the bonds' "net" price (excluding accrued interest) expressed as percentage of the security's face value accurate within the fourth decimal. The order were submitted by the closed method from 11:30 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. Almaty time (ALT). Limited and market orders were accepted. The purchasing orders acceptance method - at cut-off price. Settlement - Т+0. Five KASE members, took part in the trading, submitting 10 orders for purchase of 5,942,093 bonds that remained active at the end of orders submission period. Thus, the bid to ask made up 59.4 %. The "net" price in submitted orders varied from 92.1435 % (9.0 % APR) to 94.7306 % (8.3 % APR) - weighted average с 94.7306 % (8.3 % APR to maturity for buyer). In the total volume of active orders pension market entities accounted for 96.8 %, brokerage and dealer companies - 0.6%, brokerage and dealer companies clients - 2.6 %. According to results of the trading the issuer fixed the cut-off price at 94.0339 %, which corresponds with a yield to maturity for buyer of 8.5 % APR, and satisfied 9 orders, having thus placed 5,912,093 bonds. The amount raised made up KZT5,580,063,945.03. According to Central Securities Depository (Almaty) all transactions by the moment of this publication were executed.
