/KASE, July 19, 12/ - Tsesnabank (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of July 19, 2012: quotation Tsesnabank informs that in compliance with the Bank Board of Directors decision, the Bank offered 2,740,000 common shares to the total amount of KZT4.932 bn at KZT1,800 per share. The total amount of offered common shares of the Bank made up 30,240,000 units, preferred shares - 2,500,000 units. Proposed for offering shares have been successfully sold among unlimited range of investors. Tsesnabank authorized capital made up KZT34,932 bn, including common shares to the amount of KZT32,432 bn, preferred shares to the amount of KZT2.5 bn.
