/KASE, June 29, 12/ - JSC "Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise Tort-Kudyk" (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y05B830 (KZ2C00001014, KASE official list, second sub-category of Non- Rated Debt Securities category, TKUDb1) is due to take place on July 30, 2012, with the agenda as follows: - on making changes and additions to the mentioned bonds' issue prospectus; - on handing over of the Company's assets as pledge to the representative of holders of these bonds - JSC "BTA Securities" for purposes of meeting liabilities on the mentioned bonds and concluding a pledge agreement with JSC "BTA Securities"; - on approval of changes and additions to the mentioned bonds' issue prospectus.
