/KASE, June 27, 12/ - JSC "Kazakhtelecom" (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that "the special general meeting of shareholders of JSC
"Kazakhtelecom" (Kazakhstan) convened on June 22, 2012 did not take place
due to the absence of quorum".
