/KASE, May 7, 12/ - ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes
and additions made to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2CKY10B406
(KZ000A0TZZD6, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb4;
KZT100, KZT4.5 bn; November 23, 2004 - November 23, 2014, semi-annual
coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360).
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on April 10, 2012
and were made due to changes and additions made to the Management Board
of ATFBank.
