Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) acted as joint organizer of placement of the Issuer's bonds at the special trading session. Participation of Eurasian Development Bank, an international financial institute in the placement confirms the credit quality of the Issuer and is aimed at improving the Issuer's liquidity at the account of placement of debt liabilities with longer duration.
