KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding on April 13 placed 4,487,990 bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASTb3) at KASE under 10.0 % APR

/KASE, April 13, 12/ - A special trading session was held today in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) to place bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, KASTb3; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; July 18, 2011 - July 18, 2016; semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) of JSC "KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding" (Astana). JSC "BCC Invest - Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) acted as authorized seller at the special trading session. "Halyk Finance, subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (Almaty) is the co- underwriter of the mentioned bonds issue. Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) acted as joint organizer of placement of the mentioned bonds at the special trading session. The declared volume of placement by the issuer equaled to 4,000,000 bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (10.0 % from the total number of authorized bonds of this issue). As the price an order would indicate the bonds' "net" price (excluding accrued interest) expressed as percentage of the security's face value accurate within the fourth decimal. Orders for participation in the placement were submitted to KASE trading system by the closed method from 11:30 to 15:00 Almaty time (ALT). Only limited orders and market orders were accepted. The method of acceptance of orders for purchase - at the cut-off price. The settlement scheme - Т+0. Two KASE members participated in the trading, submitting six orders, of which by the moment of the order submission period four orders for purchase of 4,487,990 bonds remained active. Hence, the bid made up 112.2 % of the ask. The "net" price in the submitted active orders made up 94.8687 % (10.0 % APR to maturity for the buyer). In the total volume of active orders pension market entities accounted for 89.1 %, clients of brokerage and dealing firms - 10.9%. Upon results of the trading the issuer decided to satisfy all four orders at the mentioned price. KZT4,347,769,235.11 were raised.
