JSC "Fondovy Tsentr" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C46390015, KZ000A0X9NR1) is equal to 102,000 units;
• all of the company's authorized shares are outstanding;
• persons, each holding the company shares in the number of five and more per cent from the total number of offered shares, are:
