/KASE, March 15, 12/ - JSC "Caspian Beverage Holding" (Almaty, hereinafter - company), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will take place on April 16, 2012.

The sole issue on the agenda of the said meeting is the issue concerning increasing the number of the company's authorized shares.

The said meeting will take place at 211 Gogol str., Almaty.
