Last two hours the offer price of a dollar in over-the-counter market of Kazakhstan varied in a wide range: 131.85-132.90 with almost unchanged quotations on demand.

According to IRBIS analysts, Russian news will not have a significant impact on Kazakhstan foreign exchange. Some dealers are trying to benefit from the situation hoping for a panic in the market and sell their devaluing dollars.
