/KASE, February 22, 12/ - EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London),
common shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided to KASE the following press release of February 22, 2012:

Today Chief Executive Officer of ENRC PLC (Eurasian Natural Resources
Corporation) Felix Vulis and Pavlodar Oblast Akim Erlan Argyn signed
the Memorandum of Cooperation for implementation of social projects.
The Memorandum total amount is KZT2,350 bn. The projects will be funded
through the corporate fund "ENRC Komek", JSC Kazchrome, JSC Eurasian
Energy Corporation and JSC Kazakhstan Electrolysis Plant, which enter
ENRC Group.
According to the Memorandum the company funds projects jointly selected
by the parties and aimed at healthcare, education, culture and sport.
The assistance will be provided to public organizations and institutions
supporting vulnerable population. 50 beneficiaries and projects have been
included to the list.
