on its website changes and additions to Tsesnabank (Astana) charter at

The changes and additions have been approved by Tsesnabank shareholders
special general meeting of August 17, 2011 and approved by the Committee
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 31, 2011.
