/KASE, December 23, 11/ - Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise Tort-Kudyk (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y05B830 (KZ2C00001014, KASE official list, second sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, TKUDb1) is due to take place on January 17, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is approval of changes and amendments to the issue prospectus of the said bonds. The said meeting will be held at 13 Narkesken str., Shubar micro district, Astana. Registration of participants will be carried out beginning from 10:30 o'clock.
