Rompetrol Rafinare supports human resource development in the framework of "Kashagan" project

The company North Caspian Operating Company BV (NCOC) is acting on behalf of the seven partners of the consortium (KMG, Eni, Shell, ExxonMobil, Total, ConocoPhillips and INPEX), as the operator designated in accordance with Production Sharing Agreement of the northern Caspian Sea in 1997.
