/KASE, December 6, 11/ - JSC "Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise Tort-Kudyk"
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

Herewith we inform you that due to a decision taken at a special general meeting
of holders of the first issue bonds (NIN - KZ2C0Y05B830) regarding making
amendments to the terms of bonds issue on November 14, 2011 the Issuer submitted
to the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter -
the authorized body) a package of documents for registration of those changes
and additions to the bonds issue prospectus. On November 28, 2011 the authorized
body took a decision on refusal to register changes and additions to the issue
prospectus of the Company's bonds due to availability of comments to the minutes
of the general meeting of bondholders.
According to item 16-2 of Resolution # 269 dated July 30, 2011 of the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market
and Financial Organizations, in case of refusal to officially register changes
and additions to a bonds issue prospectus, "the issuer shall remove comments of
the authorized body and repeatedly present rectified documents to the authorized
body within two months of the day refusal was received".
Currently, the Company has been working on removing the comments, and another
general meeting of bondholders is planned for repeated presentation of rectified
documents to the authorized body.
