/IRBIS, November 14, 2011/ - ASYL INVEST JCS (Almaty) provided IRBIS with the review of main events and its investment ideas and forecasts for November 14, 2011. Analysts of ASYL INVEST JCS note the following tendencies on Kazakhstani and world markets: - Trading in Asia today is on a positive note on optimism that the new government in Italy and Greece, Europe will help prevent the spread of the debt crisis. Markets are also supported by speculation that for the Chinese economy, on projections of the two most famous economists of the country, "soft landing" will occur. This statement was made yesterday at the forum of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, held in Honolulu. Japan's Nikkei today is growing at 1%, while China's Hang-Seng and Shanghai Composite added 2.4 and 1.6% respectively. Futures on U.S. indices today added within 1%. Today, the euro area statistics may show decline in industrial production in the region in September by 2.3% compared to the previous month. - Commodity markets today show general upward trend. Quotes of WTI oil and Brent grow by 0.2%. Copper in electronic trading in New York adds 2.7%, gold is growing at 0.2%. - The euro/dollar today rises on moderate pace, trading at around 1.3775. - The news background today is positive for stocks of mining companies in Kazakhstan, quotes of Kazakhmys, ENRC and KMG EP can show significant growth. - Analysts of ASYL INVEST recommend to "buy" for Halyk Bank common stock, received good support at around 200 tenge. At current price levels of 218 tenge per share, they look extremely attractive. In fact, stocks are estimated at a book value which is not reasonable for the Bank, which has high growth prospects of net income and return on equity (ROE) due to higher net interest margins, reduced costs to the formation of provisions, effective control of operating expenses, the presence of significant levels of liquidity and low debt burden.
