Kazkommertsbank JCS started financing new big construction project in Almaty

As noted, earlier on September 29, 2011 the conceptual design of a new residential complex "AFD Plaza" was approved by the Town Planning Board of the city for further detailed design. As indicated in the message, currently on construction site dismantling of the existing concrete structure of commercial premises is in progress. Construction of the complex will begin in November 2011. The completion date is scheduled for Q4 2013. According to the press service, taking into account the commitments in the Memorandum signed with akimat of Almaty, the bank will provide full funding for construction, and the city of Almaty city administration will pave the backbone of communication.
