/KASE, September 21, 11/ - National Company KazMunayGaz (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press-release of September 21, 2011:

On September 21 this year JSC NC KazMunayGaz (hereinafter - the KMG) held a
meeting involving representatives of the National Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, JSC
KazMunaiGas Exploration Production, JSC KazTransOil, JSC KazTransGas, LLP ANPZ,
LLP PSA, NCOC, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating BV, LLP Tengizchevroil,
Kazakhstan's Union of Machinery Builders and local producers with issues
concerning increase of Kazakhstan-made products in the KMG procurement on the
agenda.
Making a speech at the meeting, KMG's CEO Kairgeldy Kabyldin noted that
currently NC KMG is being busy setting up 21 new manufactures in Kazakhstan
which will produce gauges, axial flow pumps, gas distribution knots, various
electric appliances, filters, packers, drilling pipes etc. As a result of
measures taken more than 600 jobs will be created at local enterprises such as
JSC UKAZ, LLP KSP Steel, LLP FormatMachCompany, LLP SAR Technology, LLP TD
Electricum Kazakhstan, LLP Schneider Electric etc.
In addition, for the purpose of supplying local companies with guaranteed
orders, NC KMG plans to increase the amount of long-term agreements to KZT54 bn
this year.
