/KASE, September 2, 11/ - As was informed earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated August 15, 2011,
bonds KZP03Y05D986 (KZ2P00001654, KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; September 2, 2011 -
September 2, 2016; semi-annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of Corporation
AIC-Invest (Astana) have been included into KASE official list's Rated Debt
Securities category.
This Listing Commission decision became effective from September 2, 2011 as the
issuer fulfilled terms set by sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of the KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trades on KASE in the mentioned bonds date will also be announced
later.
The mentioned bonds' issue is the third under the second bond program of
Corporation AIC-Invest, registered by the Committee on Regulation and
Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on May 10, 2011 to the total amount of
KZT50.0 bn, and the sixth issue of the mentioned issuer's "internal" bonds
listed on KASE.
Alibi Securities (Almaty) and Halyk Finance, a subsidiary organization of Halyk
Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) are underwriters for the said issue.
Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is the registrar of Corporation AIC-Invest.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) APKIb6.
