/KASE, June 6, 11/ - As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission decision of 27, 2011 common shares KZ1С53690018,
KZ1C00000629 of Capital Hotels (Almaty) have been included to KASE official
list second category.
This Listing Commission decision became effective from June 6, 2011 as the
issuer fulfilled terms set forth by sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.
Almaty Financial Center (Almatinskiy Finansoviy Tsentr) (Almaty) is the
financial advisor of Capital Hotels.
Fondoviy Tsentr (Almaty) is the registrar of Capital Hotels.
Mentioned shares were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) CAHO.
