The monetary aggregates in Kazakhstan grew by 1.0% for April 2011

/IRBIS, May 23, 2011/ - The monetary aggregates in Kazakhstan grew
by 1% to KZT 9,016,130 billion, the growth of the index made 5.5%
from the beginning of the year.
As stated in the published on the official website of the National Bank
of Kazakhstan data, from them to other deposits in foreign currency
accounts is 935.429 billion, deposits of other non-bank entities in
foreign currency - 828.217 bln.
The monetary base (reserve money) for April 2011 increased by 3.4%
and amounted to 2,906.459 billion (growth from the beginning of the
year - 13.0%), including cash outside the NBK - 1,279.954 billion,
deposits of STB and other organizations in NBK - 1,626.505 billion.
The monetary base (in the narrow terms) for the month decreased by
0.1% to 2,350.156 billion (from the beginning of the year - an increase
by 9.6%), including reserve deposits of STB into the NBK - 454.557
bln.
Indicator M0 (cash in circulation) for April increased by 2.5% and
amounted to 1,124.804 billion, the M1 - increased by 1.4% to
3,489.824 billion, M2 - 1.2% to 7,252.484 billion tenge.
