/IRBIS, May 18, 2011/ - "CS-Development LLP" (Almaty, hereinafter referred to as Company), whose stocks are included into KASE official list, has provided KASE with a copy of decision of its only participant "Caspian Group" JCS from April 22, 2011.

According to the given document, the participant has decided the following:

• to cancel the terms of office of the Company's director Dmitry Pak on April 25, 2011 due to his application;
• to appoint Kim Vyacheslav Orionovich as a director from April 26, 2011.
