/KASE, April 22, 11/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank) bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of March 31, 2011. REESTR (Almaty) is the bank's registrar. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C40310019 of the bank is equal to 20,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P40310115 - 3,000,000 units; - 13,637,563 common shares and 2,619,626 preferred shares of the bank are offered; - the sole person, holding five and more percent of the bank shares from the total number of offered shares is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), which owns 9,137,195 common shares of the bank (56.20 % from the total number of offered shares or 67.00 % from the total number of offered common shares of the bank).
