/KASE, April 5, 11/ - National Company KazMunayGaz (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of April 4, 2011: quote This year NC KazMunayGaz (hereinafter - NC KMG) continues implementing measures aimed at a dynamic increase of the Kazakhstan-made content in its procurements. So, as of March 1, this year the total volume of procurement across the NC KMG group made up KZT849.3 bn, with the Kazakhstan-made content reaching 40.4%, or KZT343.4 bn. In particular, in the total volume of goods purchased (KZT567.2 bn), the share of local suppliers made up KZT169.1 bn, making the Kazakhstan-made content as high as 30%. The total volume of job contracts concluded made up KZT111.9 bn, with the Kazakhstan-made content reaching 68%, or KZT75.6 bn.
