U.S. crude stocks last week rose 2.1 million barrels - official EIA data

/IRBIS, March 24, 2011/ - Energy Information Administration (EIA) of U.S.
Department of Energy published a report that the oil reserves in the U.S. for
the week that ended March 18, 2011, increased by 2.131 million barrels to
352.767 million. Gasoline inventories declined by 5.320 million barrels to
219.720 million, while distillate inventories increased by 7.0 million barrels to
152.615 million.
Earlier, the American Petroleum Institute (API) published its report, where it
was stated that during the period, commercial U.S. crude stocks rose by 970
thousand barrels to 350.753 million Gasoline stocks fell by 7 883.0 thousand
barrels to 222.364 million, while distillate stocks by 612.0 thousand barrels to
155.032 million.
